New Famitsu scores

Those pics are the first of many, I believe (though they should just get the Kasumi model for Garrys Mod if they want to perv out)

As for Sega Rally... Go Go, Sega Rally...no, seriously...go. That score seems dangerously low, even for the fluffy Famitsu. (Remember the Famitsu scale of 9=8.5; 6=2)

I think the bigger issue is Enchant Arms getting a 29/30.

You have to fuckup an rpg REALLY BADLY to get below a 30 in Famitsu. Especially when the rpg is touting visuals above any other rpg to date. Jonnyram any details on the Enchant review? Load times?

How much does Microsoft pay Tecmo for Xbox exclusivity on DOA?

Tecmo could make stupid amounts of money by releasing it on Playstation 2.

Ugh? It never sold on PS2. The series was dieing and going the way of bloody roar, and fightig vipers till it reached xbox with DOA3 where it became a million seller. Itagaki has a prefrence to working with Xbox and now 360. No surprise really,as other leading developers also chose 360 as their prefered platform, like John Carmack.

Gee, a Japanese developed fighting game featuring bouncy breasted women with the faces of 14 year olds getting a 39/40?

Who woulda thunk it?

Maybe Sega should take notes :lol

There is only one factor that decides which games go to certain consoles. MONEY. Thats all that matters to the publishers. Dont start with this 'Developer A prefers to work with Console B' nonsense. A developers preference is irrelevant and only very rarely has any impact on which console a certain game will go to.

Oh and Carmack is an overrated wanker.

Except you seem to not realize that Microsoft Games Studios IS the publisher of the DoA games. :lol

Hu? Tecmo is publishing the DOA games in Japan and US. MGS is handling only Europe.

Grug/Gantz: Nah I seriously doubt that DOA4 got the 39/40 because of the girls, this is the first DOA-game that get a score this high in Famitsu Weekly and the girls has basically looked the same since DOA 2. I think it's a combination of many things. I haven't got the chance to play the game myself yet but from what I've red in reviews Team NINJA seem to have done some changes with the gameplay, so that in combination with the quite functional online mode and goofy looking lobby is probably the reason for the high score.
