I could be wrong but it seems like licensed games are more common in the mobile space nowadays. Probably because they can be made quickly and cheaply in order to fit with the release of a movie.

Not sure at all, I wouldn't be surprised if the game has changed a lot since its initial cancellation, but time will tell. We'll probably know officially soon enough.

H1Z1 is a zombie-themed multiplayer "survival sandbox". But, yeah, I'm with you: outside of the very occasional co-op experience, playing with other people just isn't something that interests me these days.
