I kind of wish the box art for .hack//G.U. Last Recode was done Yoshiyuki Sadamoto again, just like he did for past games.

Many visual novel companies have been porting their library to console, which is a great thing. PC is still niche in Japan and they can reach a much larger audience with well-received titles such as 月に寄りそう乙女の作法. I do wonder, though, why they need to get rid of the adult content in the console port, it's not like Bioware or CDPR are doing it. Is there any regulation specifically made for console games in Japan?

Yes, CERO doesn't allow any nipples/genitals in console/handheld games. Western games that have them get censored for the Japanese release; they are strict on extreme violence/drug use, too.

Reminds me of the JP physical release of Hotline Miami 1 and 2 for Vita. 1 was on the cart and 2 was a download code.
