I agree with all of this— sadly, even the last bit. Streaming has kinda gotten out of control, and has shown the darker side of humanity on several occasions. Career streamers also gripe after making it their jobs, e-begging constantly and then complaining about the long hours needed to “make it” or the lack of benefits (which no independent contractor gets, which is what these people are).
I wouldn’t complain if streaming tanked, Twitch and Mixer utterly collapsed, and the gold rush triggered by streaming was quickly ended.

And you can wear what you want. On Twitch. Mixer feels really good right now, small communities, people are playing games, no drama, a really enjoyable experience.
Because of what people wear? Sorry but this makes no sese. It is moe because it is a small platform and not so many users. Twitch has the problem that it is way too big and with popularity and grows so come more and more assholes.

Right there with you. If you have to dress provocatively, stay on the platform that lets you do it.
When you have a job— and streaming is a legit job for an increasing amount of people— sometimes there are dress codes and expectations. If you don’t like it, you quit or you don’t take the job and look elsewhere. Steamers are working for themselves, but still have to follow the rules of the platform that’s giving them the tools and the opportunity. Twitch is more “Wild West” with its lax rules set and inconsistent enforcement. Mixer is more strict, which (at least in theory) sets the stage for more quality content and less LOOKIT MAH BREASTESES! stuff... of which the latter, right or wrong, leads to unwanted advances, stalking, and other bullshit that Microsoft understandably would like to keep to a minimum.
Thanks to YouTube’s decision to punish channels that stream in the almighty algorithm, the few times that I stream are on Twitch... only because PS4 supports it and I don’t stream enough to justify dropping cash on a webcam for my XBO to use Mixer. That said, streaming just isn’t worthwhile anymore unless you’re willing to spend dozens of hours and multiple days of the week doing it. The space is so oversaturated that nobody’s gonna check out a random person who doesn’t pump out constant content while “building the brand”.

I'm perfectly fine with those streamers. The old saying goes, "If you have 'em, flaunt 'em." What I have a big issue with is Twitch's TOS and their selective enforcement of their TOS. There's a list of items for streamers not to do or else be banned/suspended. Some of these people rub out a hot dog balloon and not a single thing happens to them. Let alone tossing a cat around or giving it vodka.

You want titty streamers (and of course games)? Go to Twich. It's one click away. Not all people want to be on Mixer (or watch) and vice versa. It is not porn and why do you even care what people wearing while streaming? If mixer is games only and people do not play games sure. And if you do not like these kind of people why not just ignore it instead of telling people what tey are allowed to watch and what not?
You can wear a low cut shirt and still hve a relaxed steam. When assholes come in you need to moderate your community/chats etc., This is really no difficult to do if you establish certain raules what is and what is not allowed in your chat.

I don't understand how this is going to work out for Mixer. Why would any streamer switch from Twitch? Even now that Ninja is streaming there. He only is there because they gave him a lot of money. The Twitch Prime thing is a huge benefit of Twitch so unless streamers can earn a lot more on Mixer I don't really see anyone moving.
