Just press L and R to cycle back and forth to a panel, and sometimes a "loose" badge will fall down.

And Karate Joe can go fuck off. I ended up in a similar situation, with only Karate Joe left, and I ended up spending the dollar to get him because I knew it took multiple plays to free him. It sucks that the game thrives on the sunk cost fallacy. I'm playing right into Nintendo's hands, and feel like such a sucker.

Europe updates on Fridays even though the notification was sent today.
Going to try and get the Isabelle launchers. Hope there's nothing that basically forces you to pay like the Nikki ones and the three blocks (I was just really lucky with a daily practise to get those).
EDIT: Oh wait, this is a different promotion. Sorry, I was thinking of the weekly update 2 free plays.

It's a good example of strategicaly whiffing some of your first 5 plays, but it's gonna be a pain to actually get the real badges.
A lot of the stickers do look blurry as hell when they're larger, but I think it might be more of a memory issue. They definitely have high-res versions of the badges ready since Baito sometimes shows them, so hopefully if the game gets ported to NX they'll have better looking badges.
Well, the pixel series hasnt featured logos yet, but it certainly seems like there should be a place for Diskun right?

I only got like 3 badges in the (NA) practice catcher today, and I didn't even see them flip it over the badges to check for bonus plays.
I also missed my 2 free plays, and spend my last 2 eShop dollars on the Mario launcher badges. They were in square boxes, which are pretty hard to grab onto, but at least I got a free badge after missing all 5 plays against the box that was on the far left (so hard to grab those!).

Japan got it a few weeks ago. Not noticed any difference except in the way new badges are presented when you boot the game up. Shifting from it being like

Yeah, they love doing that three big boxes panel. While it's possible to pick up the boxes, another strategy is to use the claw arms to tip them over: https://youtu.be/5azr3lhYA1k
For the leftmost box, you pretty much have to tip it over first, or else it's almost impossible to grab onto it.

Yeah, thanks for the video, I'll try to tip it over with the crane next time. I saw that at least one of the Mega Man panels are big boxes, so I'll be prepared for that... assuming they ever make it to the US.

Really? I think I got lucky and did it in 2 tries earlier in the week. To my recollection, I went for the Mask without hitting the moon first and managed to knock down all the masks. Then the moon was simple. If you manage to get 3 masks down, it seems likely the moon will take out the last one if you knock it down.
I'm increasingly fascinated by the writing here, since each of the Gallery images has its own commentary from Badge Bunny, and it's not generic commentary, either - it makes specific reference to the content of the image, and indeed alludes to things being a reference; I've seen references to Tetris, Meteos and The Matrix, and BB has acknowledged them all (if indirectly). There's someone with a bit of smarts behind it, and not just phoning it in. It's a minor thing, but I'm impressed.
