Was already posted back in January that the 3DS was at 4 million by end of 2015, and Wii U at 742,000. Though, now we have a little more data for Wii, DS, and Amiibo sales.

Rounded by 10,000:

[NDS] 10,500,000
[WII] 6,400,000
[3DS] 4,000,000
[WIU] 740,000

Also, amiibo have sold over 1.4 million. Split is 1.15 million for figure amiibo and 0.25 million for card amiibo.

The article says that with wii and ds they have the record in terms of console sales.
Vague enough that it's probably just ds though, the ps2 was pretty popular and likely above wii.
