Same, I just said 95% to be generous to myself, it's probably 99% at home and the ODD time in a car ride. To me it's just another console.

At least OoT and Kid Icarus are coming out sooner rather than later.

God, people need to remember that N64 games were foggy, vaseline-smeared (by design! that's how they smoothed it!), low-res messes of few polygons and blurry textures. And worst of all, they rarely ran at decent framerates. Star Fox 64 had slowdown (I remember this because Nintendo was dumb enough to update the VC version to add it back in, and I was dumb enough to download the update without realizing what it was).

As long as Mario Kart and Animal Crossing make the Fall. Then it really is an exciting and abundant first-party line up. Maybe we can get still get a USA first-party game from NST or Nintendo SPD/Monster Games this year. Metrioid Prime Hunters 3D? Excitebike 3D? both make sense.

I think we are pretty sure Layton won't be a launch title for the West, as the 4th game is not out yet on the DS (the 4th game "Professor Layton and the Specter's Flute" was out in Japan since 2009 I think).

I hooked mine up recently and was surprised at how terrible the games looked and couldn't play any of them except Conker's Bad Fur Day because it's still the best written and voice-acted game of all time.

I remembered every line:lol

The Starfox 64 on N64 had really bad dithering, especially in dark stages like the Asteroid levels, annoyed the fuck out of me... the VC version took this away thankfully

I think the 3DS Star Fox looks monumentally better. New textures, 60fps?, and redesigned for widescreen. Nintendo has mentioned LAN multiplayer, so if we get new stages and Wifi it really is like a new monster you are dealing with.

I thought it had something simular to the 3DS build in terms of hud.

Maybe I'm remembering it wrong, but I swear it did. There was some talk about how the sensitivity was changed so it worked better with a Classic Controller or something, but I recall that in the process there seemed to be framerate drops where there previously were none.

Let me look.

No, that's Star Fox Command for the DS. It's attached to the Star Fox 64 3D screen for some reason.
