I watched one ep on fansub and it was pretty bleh but Rightstuf.com had 40% off ADV stuff a few weeks ago and I decided to give it a go.

Man, this stuff is LOL funny. I even picked up the 2nd dvd today and watched 2 eps. Friggin' hilarious. Go buy this anime now if you want a good laugh

It's like Azumanga Daioh, except with thugs instead of cute girls and a deeply non-sequiter sense of humor. You may also dig Doki Doki School Hours, which is like Azumanga, but more spastic.
