Pac-Man Museum+ launches for Xbox consoles later this year on May 27th and joins Xbox Game Pass on day one, bringing with it 14 different Pac-Man games.
This collection of games includes a bunch of original Pac-Man classics as well as some of the more eclectic Pac-Man titles such as Pac-Man Battle Royale and Pac-Man 256. Here is the full list of games included with Pac-Man Museum+:

Bandai Namco notes that Pac-Attack, Pac-Man Arrangement Arcade Ver, Pac Motos, Pac-Man Battle Royale, and Pac-Man 256 can all be played offline with friends. You will also be able to customise your Pac-Man arcade centre by unlocking customisation options as you play through the various different titles.

After the contentious lawsuit surrounding Ms. Pac-Man and royalty payments, I don't think Namco is going to be including it in any compilation for the foreseeable future.

Naw, they have released it in compilations a dozen times over the years.

In fact, it was in the original version of Pac Man Museum as DLC...which is almost certainly what will happen here as well, considering this is a revised version of that and it was recently delisted. There are about four different ports of Ms. Pac Man on Xbox One alone.

Completely different thing, he is talking about the GCC royalties, which also have no bearing on this.

Again, this is an updated port of Pac-Man Museum which offered Ms. Pac-Man as DLC, so it seems more than likely it will be the same scenario with Pac-Man Museum+.
