Maybe? PS Now hasn't gained much traction yet, but in a few years it could be a viable option.
Also Persona 5 continues to kind of be a ball of mystery, it would be nice to see some actual previews of what it's supposed to play like.
Hopefully Social Links will be less stupid.
Well given that its a year off and that's one of the last big PS3 titles, I would imagine that's a good way to get people who don't want to dust off their PS3s (or who went Xbox last gen) to get the game without having to do a full on PS4 cross-gen release.
I would be extremely surprised if Social Links were terribly different. Half of the popularity of Persona is amassing a gigantic harem of ladies. But I'd definitely welcome a few changes such as:
The social links actually having some kind of relevance to the story. If you dated Yukari in 3 or dated Yukiko in 4, it never got brought up by anyone outside of a few limited events that were mostly insulated from the storyline. But again, part of the problem there is that people would probably be genuinely pissed off if they couldn't get a harem and in any kind of realistic scenario, there's no way you could date Yukiko and her best friend at the same time, even though you can. So maybe that's just something you have to overlook.
Another one is the social links having a little more interaction when you're not in a straight-up level up event. I don't really have an idea for this other than if I go over to Shu's house to tutor him, I just get some static amount of points and don't actually interact, which seems boring. I wonder if there's a way to make that more interesting. But then again, P4G did a pretty good job of diversifying the ways you could get S. Link points with various characters, so maybe that's a moot complaint in a sequel.
Please be good and more streamlined.
Ain't nobody got time for 5 arcs in 80 hours of mystery dungeon.
They have games like that. They're called dating simulators.
