When you run into packs of 3 mini-boss shadows that aren't weak to any element, chances are they are highly susceptible to status effects. A persona with Sexy Dance and Charm Boost is devastating against ones like that. You figure every enemy you charm is less dps done to you, and more dps turned on the enemy.
To be fair, Yoshitsune's ultimate ability only does light damage.......8 times to everything.
It took that fight to realize that physical could probably be king in the game in terms of damage dealing, and multi hit attacks are where it's at. It also takes that fight for a player to learn how important buff and debuff abilities can be. Unfortunately, you have no full party hitting buffs, but a debuff to one enemy acts just as well(without the stacking though). It's amazing how much easier to survive that fight is just a simple Sakunda on the boss.
A hypothetical "Shadow Saki" I drew because I wanted to.
I was interested in learning more about the first two victims, I felt kind of cheated you never really got to see what made them tick. So I extrapolated a bit from the little you actually see of Saki, and I figured her Shadow might have had something to do with her feeling like a betrayer--working for the very company that is driving her parents out of business, pretending to like someone to get ahead, etc. I don't know, I might be completely off the mark, and the symbolism is a little arcane, but I had fun. I think I'll try to do one for all of the characters maybe. Yamano should be pretty easy I think.
