Possible PS5 leak info

I get what you're saying but if the Wii/ Wii U taught us anything little differences are important, I'm not saying Sony will handle things the same or make the same marketing mistakes or that the users wont know the difference but it just doesnt sit right credibility wise for something like this. Trust me I'd love all this to be real too but I'm on the side of being cautiously optimistic until something official comes out.
Slide 1 says that we'll hear something next February right?

the specs are underwhelming af what is there to be cautious about?
If you told me this were the specs for the PS4 Pro+ i would believe you

I desperately want to believe that full BC with PS4 is a thing that's definitely happening. I won't actually believe it's real though until I see it straight from Sony.
This was the big red flag to me, along with the PS4 Pro Slim. It would be cool if Sony allowed BC, but I have my doubts you'll get to bring your games and controllers from the PS4.

Also, getting 12 thread Zen, 16GB GDDR6, and 12TFLOPS GPU, vapor chamber cooler, and UHD Blu-Ray at $399 in time for 2019 release...

You think 11/22TF in a standard console is underwhelming 2 years after people paid $499 for a 6TF console? never mind the bespoke hardware & better CPU.
Yes, not even 2x the X on 7nm is underwhelming af, why would such conservative target need vapor chamber cooling? A 11tf chip on 7nm will be smaller than the base ps4 and pro were on launch
6 core cpu, not even 8 its a joke
14gb available to games is not even 3x the ram increase over base ps4

As a PlayStation fan, this is super disappointing, if it ends up being real im rooting for xbox

This cheap box better be 299 launch day

People here expect 1080 Ti level of performance while only wanting to pay 1/3 of the price.
No i expected 12 to 13tf of amd performance on 7nm, 8 core cpu and 24gb ram minimum
As mentioned in my original post, I wouldnt really know based on the specs and I had said I believe this to be fake news.
I hope its fake as well

Again you're looking at numbers & ignoring the change in hardware

Considering wafer/chip size limit + power consumption/heat generated, how do you expect more than 11-12tf on a console with a 7nm APU? Liquid nitrogen cooled with a 600w Psu?
Will a 11tf chip on 7nm be bigger than the og ps4 chip, pro or X? i dont think so
I expected 12tf and 8 cores
11tf and 6 core is sony being cheap or hopefully fake news nvm only 16gb ram... why even bother releasing this shitbox just wait it out until a proper next gen leap is viable

I know zen core is much better, still 6 cores is cheap af considering a zen core on 7nm would be roughly equivalent to jaguar in size
I know the GPU architecture will be better and more efficient but again cheap, on 7nm the chip will be more conservative than the pro or x

14GB ram is pathetic all around there no way to sugar coat this one

AMD Ryzen cpu custom configuration 3.20 , 7nm Navi gpu 2.1 18gddr5 Is what I heard a while ago. As far as the public announcement It will be soon. I sent this info to a mod a while ago I couldn’t post until something else leaked first. I’ll post everything now that something semi accurate is out there.
Do you have any memory bandwidth or flop numbers?

Is this everything?
Any comments on gpu teraflops?

Only 5 GBs of RAM is available to devs now on the PS4 and PS4 Pro though.

I didn't care if the info in the slide was real or not I just knew that it was good enough bait to get the people with real info to start talking lol

More ram is always good, but also, memory bandwidth can be just as if not more important. If this thing is running 800+GB/s GDDRx/6... then that would have much more of an impact than just pool size alone.

Also, this will be the baseline system. Currently the baseline systems are the Xbox/PS4 base models, and look at what they are putting out now.

All this mumbo jumbo talk doesn't mean shit when your console is a flimsy unreliable pos.

I went through 4 PS4's due to disc drive failures. 6 controllers with faulty thumb stick grips and god knows what else. My last PS4 PRO was 3 months old before it started spitting out my discs and completely fucked its disc drive. Why the gaming industry refuses to acknowledge this as a real problem is truly baffling.

I recently purchased an xbox x and the difference in build quality is astonishing. The controller feels sturdy and premium, no rattles or loose parts. The console itself is light years ahead of the PS4. Its silent, lightning quick and 90% of games run at native 4k with superior graphical detail.

I guarantee you the PS5 will have the same issues, and Microsoft will still have the superior console come next gen.

7nm won't be immature come 2020, there's chance even 7nm+ will make the cut
All new process nodes since 40nm brought hurdles

Worst case scenario they delay if yields aren't sufficient,
I won't bet 100% on that. Samsung is ready to go 7nm+ with their next Galaxy S10 line, to start around february/march.

It's not creasy to think that AMD will be ready for a small amont of units in mid 2019 and then more in 2020. The specs and infos are not that creasy to be true. We all know the PS5 is going to be powerful. The question is more like what, xbox powerfull?

But i still can't get how some random guys will get such important and protect informations. If i were Sony, i would send him the Nintendo ninjas for shure. So i will call it fake, like a 100% fake.

Yet I have had no problems with my PS4 or controller

This isn't true. The Xbox One X has 9 GBs of RAM available to Devs. So this would be 5 more GBs for devs to use over the X. That's the same amount of total RAM available to devs on the PS4 today! lol
PS4 is a 1080p machine. The X plays current gen games

14gb for a next gen 4k machine is anemic, 14gb is not even a 3x increase the 5.5gb the ps4 has for 1080p
yeah I'm also on team fake. fanboy fever dreams is all this amounts to.

I'm not shilling for xbox or anything, It's just too soon to narrow down with such specificity.
There is nothing dreamish about this leak lol, quite the opposite its very bleak and disappointing

We know Osiris got his last information from a "Retail" type event where Sony were updating all retail chains on their plans coming up. I'd assume this is the case this time around too. So I'm assuming these slides (if real) were made more for the Retail Chains crowd and not devs particularly.
This I could buy. The slides themselves look very suspect to me, but for the most part the specs and feature-set seem quite plausible. The only thing I'd really be dubious about is the internal support for VR as a standard feature. Why inflate the price for all users without proof that the functionality is a real system seller? Unless the tech has some application for controller-based play (but again contingent on price-point for DS5 controllers) it seems like an unnecessary addition.

The internal support for VR in the PS5 really would not drive up the price of the console at all. That's more for devs to use. It's not like they are putting the VR controllers in the base console.

By the way when do you think you will be able to post your full info? & can you breakdown these 3.20 & 2.1 numbers?
