Can this Beta be shared? Like I have 2 profiles on PS3/PS4, you do guys thinks one account enables the others like PSN+ benefit of online play on PS4 if someone else has PS+ and that account is enabled on it?

Possible yes, but I don't think that it's smart to use this beta on a different account than the one you used to register with.

Read the email. They want to test based on your geographic location and the like, so even if they're not explicitly tied to those it's counter productive to pass it out.

They say that, but they also requested you not share it. Though it may be that the one who took it was in a compatible area and so serves their purpose anyway, though not ideally.
