Even if we go by the qualifier of 'Fall' there is Ghostwire: Tokyo in addition to possibly Horizon Forbidden west which aren't low budget like say Sable. Moving halo from last year isn't something to be proud of. I didn't even mention Sony or compare their exclusives though. I currently have no interest in ghostwire and am actually more hyped for FH. I was merely talking about the value of Gamepass and I don't see '$1000 worth' of games. It's mostly low budget games I would expect on PS+ or GWG and I've actually got better games from PS+ this year than that list outside of the two games I mentioned.

Never judge a book based on its cover.

You judge everything based on graphics. Halo looks good if not mind blowing. Graphics are improved and multiplayer looks lots of fun.

If it got good reviews then i will laugh at you all clowns who judge games based on graphics. Order 1886 taught everyone that realistic graphics dont make game great.
Halo got certain art style and asthetic, so it can look unappealing to some but gameplay where it shines. Im ok with quality gameplay with good graphics if not OMFG nextgen graphics.

Anyone looking at that list and saying Xbox has no games or thinking Sony has a better lineup is in for a long road of cope. It's only going to get worse for you guys. You may not have noticed, or more likely are too afraid to admit it, but X is back and is going to once again lead the industry forward.

Real world is too hard for you and is only going to get worse.

Current line, Sony. Long term of these games, xbox. Sony will always win short term games, which is what their games are. On other hand, Microsoft games are long term. So they win in that regard.

Once I am done with ratchet or hfw, its done. Unless there is a dlc.

For xbox there is halo and forzs horizon 5. Both of these games are a long term games, which people will continue to play them.

In that regard, its easy to say that Sony wins short experience games. While xbox wins long experience.

God of war 2018 and spiderman 2018 are dead, because people got their enjoyment out of it. Unless you want to experience it in 4k, there is no reply value. But not halo 5, forza horizon 4, sea of thieves and gears of war. Those are being supported, and have value in it.

Spiderman is done, unless you really need platinum. Gears of war has that multiplayer, which makes the game alive more.
What if you don't play multiplayer?

He's delusional. I remember he was hardcore defending Scorn after that first gameplay showing and because I said it didn't look interesting to me he immediately resorted to calling me a "fanboy", "triggered", "riled up" and so forth (of course a couple more on that bandwagon went right along with him).

We might know why he likes Scorn.

Sorry OP but 2021 will be over here in less than 6 months, what about the next 5 years? Microsoft owns Bethesda, I repeat Microsoft owns Bethesda now!!! If you're solely a console player but don't own an Xbox you're not going to be able to play the next elder scrolls, fallout, Doom, you also won't be able to play starfield, on top of that Microsoft has opened up like what 12 new studios? Microsoft has so many AAA titles in development now it's not even funny!!! I should mention the next fable and also check out Avowed (it's a first person elder scrolls like game). Also want to mention they're making another perfect dark. And there are other studios making triple A titles that have yet to be announced but we're aware they're in development. How can you compete with that?
By investing billions into your own internal studios and having over 25 new exclusives in development.

Playstation will be more than fine

I stopped taking your post seriously when you said Halo looks like shit lol.

Lol Only a clueless PS fanboy will call Halo shit. It looks much better now with fantastic looking gameplay. Multiplayer looks so one of the best in Series.

MS fall lineup is quality with value thanks to game pass. Sony got some good stuff but in comparison its lacking this fall. Reason you defending Horizon FW so much coz thats the only PS game you will play or afford to play since Sony games are overpriced 70$. I doubt many PS fanboys will care or play Deathloop or Ghostwire at full price.

But most Xbox gamers don't have to
worry about price of games. They will experience not only AAA games but quality indies with game pass and that's making you salty i can understand but don't worry Sony subscription coming soon. Lol

Also, PS fanboys should thank MS for making games exclusively for PS this fall. Imagine PS fall lineup without Xbox studios games lol.
"Fantastic looking gameplay" - yeah sure OK buddy 😁. Hopefully we get to see some campaign footage before Halo releases.

We can talk about value all day, but I care only about quality. I don't need hundreds of games at my fingertips - my time for gaming is finite, and I have plenty of money to buy what I want, hence I have no interest in GamePass for PC.

"Playstation subscription is coming" - they already have two subscription services you muppet 😅😅.

"Imagine PS fall line-up without XGS" (even though Sony tied up these timed exclusives ages ago - relevance zero) so a bit like the Xbox line-up for the first half of this year then lol.

Both consoles are worth owning in my opinion. I have a gaming pc and a ps5, but i'm still looking to get a series x because the hardware is so good for the price, gamepass is very cheap, and there is support for keyboard and mouse with a lot of games i'm interested in.

That seems like a waste of money especially if you prefer playing with keyboard and mouse. Might aswell put that £450 to your next graphics card once availability increases. Console hardware will never compete with a top gaming PC.

I've been trying to get a 3080 since last october. The series x is cheap and has good hardware. I might just delay my next build and keep rocking the 7700k and 2070 super until 4 series comes out. I also have two lg oleds and will probably get more since i'm buying a second house, so I can certainly put the series x somewhere.

Once again? I must have missed the first time...
Wdym? You don’t remember that single gen when they did about as well as Sony. Yea you know that gen where their numbers were massively inflated due to fans having to buy multiple consoles because of a 1 in 4 failure rate, Sony launched their console a year later, Sony launched at 200 dollars more, Sony designed a console with a complex cell architecture most third party devs could barely work around, and third party developers like bungie and epic literally handed Microsoft golden eggs on a silver platter? You don’t remember that???

Lol at the superfluous Xbox list… nothing there is even worth playing or being innovative or interesting
Wow ok stupid fanboy. I for one am dying to play halo 35: this time it’s good we promise edition, horizon 5: this time it’s in Mexico edition, a bunch of time third party exclusives, a bunch of non note worthy indie game exclusives, and the ground breaking flight simulator: taking an extremely complex simulator and dumbing it down for an Xbox controller edition. How can I not be dying for a series x???

This thread is far too funny.

Over the past several years, Xbox fans have been saying exclusives don't matter and it was all about multiplat titles and now they're raving about exclusives again. This is after a very long drought over the past 2-3 years.

Sony has released many games over the past year and they still have have a show planned for this year.

Think these are the non-GP games

Adios
Bright Memory Infinite
CrossfireX
Deaths Door
Echo Generation
Exo One
Lake
Song Of Iron
The Artful Escape
The Big Con
Tunic
Unexplored 2: The Wayfarer’s Legacy
Warhammer 40K: Darktide

I need to recheck in with the list of id@xbox games.

Xbox Game Pass to Get 20+ Indies on Day 1, Including STALKER 2, Sable, and Hello Neighbor 2 (wccftech.com)
Warhammer and CrossfireX were featured in last years July show, which only had Gamepass games. So I expect both games to come to gamepass.
The Warhammer game is the probably the only one I am jealos for...

I look at the list and 99% of what I see is multiplatform (PC also) titles, many not even confirmed to launch this year... This poll would've made more sense on January 2021 once the year is actually over. The only real heavy hitters I see on the lists tho are HFW, Halo and FH5, so I'd give it to MS, 2 of their flagship IPs available within first year, those games will be massive, hugely successful whether someone likes it or not, while HFW is still not even guaranteed to land in 2021.
Not when Returnal is game of the year…

No Bloodborne came out that year - another brilliant Playstation exclusive 😎.

I'm a multiplatform gamer - but that doesn't change the fact that the Xbox output since the Series X was released has been shite.

You seem a bit precious about the whole thing, but I buy whatever games I want. I'm not waiting for anybody to subsidise me 😁.

Soooooo Sony’s list isn’t full of sequels that are promising to be better than the last game?

It's a decent point but MS has a special kind of love of sequels.

Forza_(series)

Gears_of_War

Halo

If you look at the release timelines that's .... a whole lot of sequels in a short amount of time. 14 Forza games in 15 years or so. And we are talking about Horizon ... part 2.

That said the game industry as a whole relies on too many sequels. And what games you actually want to play are going to determine what platform you think has the "best" exclusives.

What’s with the most asinine response imaginable lmao. Returnal is a new ip and is better than most games on that list are or will end up being. Ratchet is better than most games period. Horizon as long as it just builds up on the first is likely an easy high 8 or 9 quality game. And that’s Sony’s main, fully funded to my knowledge line up. Like there’s even debate about who lives up to their promises more often lmao.

Where did I even complain about the graphics of Halo 😄? I mean they aren't next gen mind blowing but did I say it doesn't count because of graphics or something?

There are a lot of fun indie games you can get for like $5 or get for free on PS+ and GWG. Doesn't mean they are worth $1000.
