5pb. never ceases to amaze me with the number of associated websites/accounts that they have.
Couple of days ago they pushed an update to Asian copies of Psycho-Pass: Mandatory Happiness on Xbox ONE that added the English localization.

【News】English language patch is now published for "PSYCHO-PASS MANDATORY HAPPINESS" (Xbox One edition, for Asian market).

The game was released in the West for the PS4 and Vita in September, with a PC version slated for 2017.

There's a japanese and a chinese release. I want to say that both versions got the patch, but there's no way of knowing without owning both copies and testing.

Too late for me. I ditched my Xbone just last week due to lack of support from Japanese devs. I can pull it back out of storage, but it ain't gonna be for this game.
