my parents both voted for Obama and they both voted Trump. dad lives in a mountain town in the south that is 25% Hispanic and he gets along really well. my mom went to a lesbian wedding a few years ago. both are pretty normal people, they have issues, but they aren't evil incarnate.

I've noticed that somehow general stereotyping has completely become fine to do.
