Most likely not going to happen. With it now confirmed that RE6 is the PC version, just with slight tweeks for playability, I think it's safe to assume that the Resident Evil 5 and Resident Evil 4 ports will be based off the PC ports, which means some of the stuff to them will be things previously exclusive to the PC versions.

That and Capcom loves their re-releases on new platforms.

I doubt it. I think the 20th Anniversary port will be of the latest Steam release which if I remember correctly came out after the PS3 version. I assume Capcom will use that to justify making you buy another.

I seriously doubt the RE4 re-release will be superior to the current pc version with texture mod.

I left motion blur on on the PC version (on PC it can be turned off) but motion blurring is used much less on the PC version.
Lighting and beams from the flashlights are not as good on PS4 either.
If I had to guess, the PS4 version is about the same as medium settings or medium with some low settings on the PC version

Resident Evil 6 is still a bad game. Easily the worst numbered Resident Evil title in the series.
Overall I'd give it a 5.5 out of 10 with its lowest points being a 3 to 4 and its best sections about a 7.5.

By comparison I would rate the other Resident Evil games I completely finished as:

RE4 : 9.3
Resident Evil 1 Remaster: 9.0
RE5 : 8.4
RE Code Veronica: 5.0

Are you kidding? The PC version runs at 1080p/60 FPS and higher if you unlock the framerate.

The PS4 version is running at the graphical equivalent of about medium settings of the PC version at 1080p/60 FPS.

I see FXAA of some variant on both versions there, with very inconsistent edge coverage on both.

Crushed blacks on PS4, good anisotropic filtering from the few, mostly low-res textures visible.

Guess they didn't improve texture res much for the original PC release.
