Correct. It's entirely optional. The demo obviously doesn't support it at all since PSVR isn't available to the public right now.

Im realy concernd about the game, it just doesnt feel like RE. The shooting, movement, camera all looks a bit weird.

Reading up again on this thread, I get the feeling those zombie make-up tests were also done to see if they could create some classic-looking zombies for upcoming titles in the series.

If cutting costs by 40% and making the production pipeline easier while also saying that the RE engine is designed for horror-type games, I'd be very surprised if the possible success of REmake 2 doesn't push them to re-do the entire RE series.

RE7's amazing qualities makes me very excited to see what they have in store for REmake 2.
