The source, who asked to remain anonymous, spoke to us from the fact that Arkane Studios needed more time for the development of Dishonored 2.

However, the source did not rule out that Bethesda will publish at least a teaser on Dishonored 2.

More time? Didn't Dishonoured launch in 2012? Doesn't seem unreasonable to reveal it now, even if it's for a 2016 release.

We don't need rumor threads for totally unsubstantial stuff like an unnamed source saying that a game which has not even been announced will not be at E3. There is nothing to discuss here. The game hasn't even been announced, and the source says it "might or might not" be at E3. WOW.
