I don't know what the reliable channels are for a rumor like this, but it kinda seems to me like the info could be tightly held if it is true in any way (except for this leak of course).

Perhaps Terry's Wonderland 3DS and the DQ7 remake will use the same engine, kinda like how Torneko 3 PS2 and DQ5 PS2 use the same engine. Considering they'll want to use 3D models to take advantage of the 3D, at the very least I feel somewhat safe in thinking it will at least get a bit of a visual upgrade.

That, fixing the random encounter issues, and actually putting puzzles in the dungeons that aren't confined to a detached, skipable room and it would be my favorite Tales.

I would pay a lot of money for a new 7th Saga game. The first one was my jam. Beat it with every character, did everything possible.
Glitched it so I could recruit myself as my partner. It was so awesome.
