If true I'm guessing the world premiere from ND is either the Uncharted Collection or another U4 trailer.

If it's WIP, could it be that the makers just put those names there temporarily until they actually know who's going to be there?
This is my vote too, especially since the point of showing off the video is to demo the motion graphics work. No one in that audience is likely to care about what the text says. The only thing is that they do seem oddly specific for placeholders, but maybe only some of them are.

Feeling very stupid to ask this, but... WIP?
Work In Progress.

When you want to sell a client on a concept, you send them something with a familiar thread. They could have just used "Grape Jelly" for every text slug until they get the final copy.

And he couldn't have picked a better word than "confidential"?
It's a modern version of "TOP SECRET"...mostly used to create a pseudo-real effect.

Things like this just seem fishy to me; in general the whole presentation of the intro. ^^
He knew that it would be shown at NAB, which is a huge conference, so you edit out the things the client doesn't want to get out yet.

Its a video about motion graphics, he is basically showing how the final title will be animated.

Very rarely. He doesn't really handle the Pokémon series as much. He executive produces, but Junichi Masuda is the main lead on Pokémon these days. He is very seldom seen

Anyway, I'm suspicious of this video. I am unsure as to why we should trust it.
Yeah. Though it would be nice to see Satoshi Tajiri again.

Satoshi Tajiri is a weird choice for a placeholder, just saying
Not really... if you google "Who created Pokemon?" he is the first result. It's not ridiculous to guess that someone who's not super familiar with games would do something like that, seeing as Pokemon is very much a pop culture thing and people are aware that it's a gaming thing.

You just don't want me to be right about the 20th anniversary Pokemon game being revealed at E3 :p.
But seriously, if he actually is there then the only reason I can think that he would show up is to be present for the announcement of a game celebrating 20 years of Pokemon.

You guys, be careful. Some of these are more than likely placeholders. During the breakdown you can see differences from the pitch to first pass animation.

For example, the video says hosted by Kumail Nanjiani, whereas in the breakdown it says hosted by Joel McHale

A lot of these names listed are likely placeholders until the outlet can confirm final bookings. In which case the production house will have different slides that can be dropped in and out for the final show.
Yeah, some people are losing their shit far too soon

After analysing it further: he explains that he've send these pics etc for approval of the client for the looks of the upcoming vid, By then he didnt have the information on the names yet so he send the pics with Trey Parker etc wich were placeholders. The vid he shows though is pretty much the finished version of it... so probably with the real names. I'm not saying he can't change the names and that none ar e placeholders but I'm pretty sure he did that final vid with the names the client provided. Anyway,I really have to sleep now. Just thought it was cool to share :)

I've been saying we'd be having a 20th anniversary game, with this year off since November so :p

Tajiri would be a surprising get- Masuda handles the promotion of the series, and I've never got the sense that Tajiri is at all comfortable with that side of things.

If they are announcing the obvious 20th anniversary game, that might be something, but... I dunno.

Indeed. Junichi Masuda if we're talking main games, Tsunekazu Ishihara for everything else. Satoshi Tajiri is very hands off, and the only recent thing I can find is a youtube interview from 2004

Yeah, but I've been saying it will be revealed at E3 and you say it won't. WHO WILL WIN THIS ARGUMENT?
My money is on it being revealed either in September or at the World Championships in August, giving 6 months from reveal to launch as per ORAS.

E3 will be Pokkén Tournament U or Great Detective Pikachu

Note: The above is speculation and not indicative of insider knowledge

Again, this video is real.

The names in this video, they will likely be changed when the client (read: the media outlet) gets their final bookings.

Something about the pre E3 streams are always special, The butterfly in your stomach type of feel as you wait for the conferences to start, anxiously waiting for the Games to be shown,E3 is the best

If Blizzard is actually there I have no doubt it's WoW related. If they want to keep good on their yearly expansion promise, an E3 announcement or Gamescom announcement is needed

Probably shouldn't have put this up as being for E3. For all I know this could be for this year's Game Awards.

I just saw the "Los Angeles" which could also be a placeholder and assumed it was for E3.

Olivia Munn, Sara Underwood and Kevin Periera? It's gonna be like an Attack of the Show reunion! I may get emotional.

A world premiere by Nintendo on a Pre-E3 Show like this? Hype.....if this is true.
