On March 25, 2015, Scott Miller (Owner/Partner, 3D Realms) filed a trademark for "Earth No More" in the United States. It is a basic 1(b) application (application based on intent to use) for computer game software. The application entered the Trademark Reporting and Monitoring System (TRAM) of the USPTO on March 28, 2015, but appears to have not become available to the public until today. Now, Earth No More is a known project that has seen trademark filings in the past (these trademarks are now abandoned), and the game itself was revealed back in March 2008 when Scott Miller's Radar Group project was also unveiled. In 2012, the game appeared on several crowdfunding websites such as Gambitious, Symbid and Impact Crowd, but since then there has been little news. Anyway, here's the filing:

Note that it's Scott himself that has filed this trademark, not 3D Realms (Apogee Software, Ltd. Action Entertainment, Inc.) nor Radar Group. What this means I don't know.

Earth No More was in development from 2007 to 2009 by Finnish Recoil Games (founded by Remedy Entertainment co-founder Samuli Syvahuoko), and was described as an FPS set in a world of environmental apocalypse. With the project appearing in 2012 on some crowdfunding sites, as mentioned, it was believed that the project had been revived, but little information since then has been given. Hopefully something is in motion now though, and we won't have to wait forever.
