Get one that when you fill it up, it turns into Mara. (NSFW look up, kids!)I should get a SMT mug and weird people out at work.

I should’ve phrased it better.Replays are a *lot* faster. If you basically go for 100% on the first playthrough, each playthrough takes like 20 hours max after.

I’m not necessarily going for 100%, I just want to make sure I don’t fuck up story. I can always YT the extra endings but I want to see the true ending on my first run.
How do I insure that?
The exploration is cool, large areas with lots of hidden stuff to find, like useful collectibles or side quests. How's this game outside of combat and collecting demons?
I tend to eventually set turn based games to an easier difficulty to get through battles faster and experience the story, exploration, etc.
Is it worth it for that?
SMT V was inspired by and took a lot from Nocturne. Story I'd say it's about the same but even less developed, but the exploration is far better in this one imo, even if it's still more deserts.Last SMT I played was nocturne which was light on story with a lot of empty, plain areas and buildings. Does this game have a stronger story? Maybe even populated town or two?
Pretty similar I would say. SMT is probably not the best series if you are looking for a meaty story and lively areasLast SMT I played was nocturne which was light on story with a lot of empty, plain areas and buildings. Does this game have a stronger story? Maybe even populated town or two?
You can only have one type of demon, you can’t have multiple of same demon.im hoping someone can help me.
Just started the game and im trying to recruit demons. However when i recruit slimes they don't show up in my stock or anywhere. Its like i don't have them at all.
Is this a bug? Or can you only have 1 kind of demon? i have 1 slime in my party but that's it.
Thank you. It confused me when the slime said he would join me because i have his friend slime. You can only have one type of demon, you can’t have multiple of same demon.
If you fused away your Slime you can either recruit them again or re-summon them with demon compendium but you need to pay some Macca for that.Thank you. It confused me when the slime said he would join me because i have his friend slime.
It's not hidden unless you can't read then it might be.What? They hid it in the game? I hate it when they do that.
SMT is just so damn weird. Did they ever make a movie of it in Japan?
It has been around for ages.
Just met the Mermaid and accepted her quest.
Decided straight away to fusion and then I put her in my party. That unique AoE ice spell she has wrecks everything in this early area I'm in right now.
Awesome. Gonna try to keep her in my party since she's doing a really good job so far (I'm 8h in and lvl 17). Her design is also great so that's a plus. She stayed with me for a long time. She’s essential for a boss or at least she was for me. Back on Switch. This version looks great.
Just got to the part where you meet Naamah for the first time. Let's say it was quite an experience lol.
Anyway, here's Naamah's full 'capitulate to pleasure' attack animation.
Well, here's some more incentive to hurry up with your P5R playthrough and pick up SMTVV.
For entirely unrelated reasons (I swear) I'll move to this one as soon as I'm done with P5R.
Made some jams to play Sea of Thieves and this while I'm hunting down demons. Sharing for fun
Oh this game is definitely not grimdark, it's more edgelord shonen anime trash. You get used to it, or at least i did. After playing Persona 4 on the Switch...it might be difficult to go back to the grim dark SMTs, but I'll give it a go.
Pretty similar I would say. SMT is probably not the best series if you are looking for a meaty story and lively areas
The middle ground is a PS2 game called Digital Devil Saga. Thanks guys. I wish there was a middle ground here. Persona has too much social stuff but SMt is too sparse

Game's mostly different flavors of desert, but there's some variation to it and even a dungeon here or there.-The desert is all there is for environments to look at. If this is it… major fuck up. They needed more variety even if it’s just tunnels and buildings.
Yeah they drank to much of Nocturne and it ended having even less story than that one. Hope you enjoy the gameplay tho, for me it's ace and the main reason to play the game.-The story is told at a snails pace or is nonexistent and will just be lore dumped onto me in the very end.
