Skyward Sword review thread [Newest Reviews - Cubed3 10/10, GC: A, AusGamers: 7/10]

Is it legal to get the demo? Or at least can we discuss it? (and can someone tell me how to do it IF it's allowed to do so in this board?)

Please don't ban me I'm a complete noob in this.

Someone posted that a mod said we could discuss whats in the demo and impressions, but CAN NOT discuss how to get it, how to look for it, or even hint at it.

Not even a little bit tempted. Playing a demo now, when the game is almost here, would ruin the flow, pacing, and surprise of the final product.

This is more or less how I feel.

I'm just mad at my google-fu for not being able to find it. I'm losing my touch!

Yeah, I'm not comfortable with telling, even by PM. And besides, the whole game is coming out in 2 weeks, the demo has a time limit and it's all stuff we saw hundreds of time already.

The only reason I'd get the thing would be to rip the music out of it.

This will be a great way to tweak Dolphin for maximum performance when the game releases.
Is there a way i can get it on my TV or do i have to play it then on my PC?

if my PC doesn't have a HDMI port i need a DVI to HDMI adapter right?
Yep, DVI and HDMI are essentially the same connector, just in different shapes. It might take a little fiddling around to get the audio to go through HDMI, though - Worst case scenario you can just give up and use a 3.5mm to RCA Y-cable.
