So much salt in this thread. I don't know about legalities but I think it's fair. Competition is good but just because Sony may not be able to talk about it doesn't mean they can't have someone else do it on their behalf.

Microsoft's wasn't quite this blatant though? Didn't they just have promotions where you get a game of your choice with the purchase of an XB1, as opposed to straight up advertising their console alongside a game with an existing advertisement contract on another platform. I didn't think it'd be legal, but I suppose it is. We'll probably be seeing this more often in the future.
