What do you think of the new logo?

I searched but found no prior thread on this.

so it's a deus ex studio now. not a major fan of the use of triangles in those games. it's a bit creatively bankrupt. could be used a lot better than it is.

I'm curious how different they will go with the next Tomb Raider. It'll probably be following the same design formula of the previous game.

The question is if Square Enix believes in the Deus Ex IP.

Much better than the old logo though I dont get the meaning but it looks modern now.

Why Edges?
Why Triangles?
Why the little Mountains?

Maybe the Arrow pointing to the right wants to show that they are advancing and future driven. (Reading from left to right, right is where the future lies)

I don't like it much, but it's better than their last one which was bloody awful. Question though: why are they still called Eidos Montreal, and not Square-Enix Montreal?! Eidos has changed its name to Square-Enix fully, and all of their old Eidos games are published using the Square-Enix name now, not Eidos (Deus Ex, Tomb Raider, Hitman, Just Cause). Seems odd to hang on to this name now.

I like it. Especially the part where one of the triangles serves as an accent on the "e" of Montréal.

Because of the existing Square Enix Montreal set up in 2011 that was set up to work on AAA stuff (they were due to do a Hitman) before being pushed to mobile and creating the Go series.
