TR2013 was garbage so I'm not interested on a sequel.

But a GoL sequel? I'm so in for that, the game was brilliant.

Garbage? You mean the game that sold really well and had good critical reviews and over-all renewed interest in what was a dead franchise. Yes that was pure garbage, like the epitome of it.

They've been awfully quite about the next Deus Ex, this new TR can wait for all I care. I really hope it doesn't skip E3.

While I wouldn't call it garbage, it was pretty much the epitome of mediocre modern game design tropes.

I'll be interested in the sequel if they make the gameplay more interesting, but for now I'm just interested in the Guardian of Light sequel.

Someone should shop Lara in for Bane.

Rise of the Tomb Raider is a horrible video game title; however, it leads into THE greatest Porno Parody title ever, Rise of the Womb Raider

Like I said, it may very well not be the game title but just a marketing tagline. According to someone on TRF, ASurvivorIsBorn.com also forwarded to the Tomb Raider website back before the reboot release, for example.

"Rise of the Tomb Raider" sounds like it should be the first one. I mean, surely most of the point of the first one was Lara becoming the Lara Croft we all expect her to be, especially with all that "a survivor is born" stuff they kept putting on everything. The hope was that the second game in this 2nd rebooted series would be more like Tomb Raider and less like whatever the first was supposed to be that really wasn't anything like Tomb Raider.

Really enjoyed my time with TR:DE, and i never was a fan of any of the Tom Raiderr games, so I'm definitely looking forward to it's sequel. As others have said, Rise of the Tomb Raider is probably the sequel to TR 2013 while Temple of Osiris is the sequel to GOL, which I also enjoyed.

I guess the next Deus Ex is just in the early stages of development. Would love to see a new trailer at E3 thuogh.

Im happy that people are more excited about a gol sequel than a sequel to the meh reboot.

Guardians of Light sold a million copies as of six months after the reboot's release. The reboot sold six million copies as of three months ago. This is a vocal minority thing.

However, I like it when everyone is happy. The thing I disliked about Tomb Raider was the torture porn-y aspects of it. If that goes, then I'm down for a sequel. Likewise I'd be happy if fans of old-school Tomb Raider got their game as well.

Garbage, not quite, but it sure as fuck wasn't a tomb raider game. Just more generic OTS accessibility tied up with a fancy bow and BS PR. Intended for every brain dead gamer who can't think for themselves, tugging one out and having a circle jerk over it.

If it's like Guardian of Light- I'll be beyond happy.

If it's a proper sequel to the Reboot, please get a new writer. I like Rhianna Pratchett but that story was horrendous. Less combat, more puzzles!

"Rise of Tomb Raider" lol...

Seriously don't make me laugh Crystal. Better make it "Rise of Lara Croft" where you show us once again (for the 4th time) how the game will be focusing around Lara's character all the time (and failing even at that) as well as your inability of understanding the fundamentals of what a Tomb Raider game really is about.

Totally, because TR2013 was a boring, linear, auto-piloted, brain-dead, QTE-happy Uncharted clone* with worse shooting, even less puzzles, 0 tomb raiding and heaping of torture porn fetish.
It did look pretty though.

* remember the time when Uncharted was called Dude Raider? We have come full circle

I never expected a Guardian of Light sequel. I'm 100% on-board so long as it isn't some free-to-play/online-only/mobile disaster.

Wow. Didnt know people want to make enemies so eagerly.

Oh my, I really hope Rise of the Tomb Raider isn't the title. Just call it Tomb Raider 2, because that's what everyone will call it no matter what.

I don't care about reviews or sales, game was bad. Playing the original Tomb Raider right now make me realize how bad is the new one.

Guardian of Light was awesome. It's easily one of my top 10 XBLA/PSN games, maybe even top 5. I would love a sequel.
