Steam sale veterans, are there "rules" when it comes to buying indie games? For example, if a somewhat popular indie game pops up as a daily on day 3, should I buy it or wait for it to be on a bundle. Can I gift games I already own from those bundles?
edit- nevermind, didn't realize the games in the bundles are revealed beforehand
Day 1 is the only one I'd consider getting for Lone Survivor and Anomaly Warzone if it's cheaper than the 2 games together. Also Sword & Sorcery, Braid and Botanicula but I'd assume I could get them cheaper individually.
Really? I'd say its stupid similar to Receattear. It matched with multiple other games that have been given away already in multiple other bundles or on sale for dirt cheap. Audiosurf for example is word vomit and a waste of a space. Its been on sale for like 2$ every sale since 2009.
I'd much rather have a 66% off sale for a daily deal.
Like most others have stated. The packs are great for new players, but people who have been on Steam for a few years now already own most of the games. So its like one, maybe 2 games in a pack of 5. And its to the point where I'd rather just pay the addition few bucks for the two games I want. Than buy another pack.
