Stephen King's IT |OT| He thrusts his fists and then he posts (Unmarked spoilers)

OP has a blatant falsehood in the middle where it suggest the miniseries is at all worth a shit outside of Curry's performance.

It's trash. Not at all worth your time.

I'm actually sorta envious of people for whom this film will be their first IT adaptation.

Great OT and title to boot.

EDIT: Ignore the old man above me.

Really excited for this to really kickstart the horror season (sorry Annebelle).

This is the spoiler thread, isn't it? Spoiler-free convo goes in the trailer/review thread, and this thread is for discussing the movie?

Or did I miss somethin.
I guess so. I can't tell sometimes because we get this mix of review/rotten watch threads, OT's and spoiler threads, some of which do double duty and some that splinter out.

We'll probably end up with a review thread and this will be the de facto spoiler thread.

Gonna pick up tickets for my daughter and I to go to the 7:00 Friday showing. Pretty excited at this point.

does this version follow only the characters as children or will their time as adults be included?
If I understand it correctly...

This film is only the children sequences, but a part II is going into production immediately, to feature the adult stuff.

Can't wait. Slowly working my way through the book for the first time -- just finished the third interlude (when the Bradley gang came to town)....harrowing would be a good description, I think.
