"Street level" fantasy games (lower stakes fantasy). Any recommendations?

There are a lot of Fantasy games out there that have you saving the world, but I was curious if anyone knows of some fantasy games out there that instead focus on a smaller scope.

Whether it's as simple as revenge against someone, or just protecting one town, or even being just one small part in a world that's already moving, does anyone know the names of some fantasy games like this?

Great, good, and mediocre game suggestions are welcomed.

Persona 4 is very much like Jojo part 4, it less about saving the entire world and more about saving small town.

Vermintide 2.

I mean... there is no saving the world. There is only delaying the complete destruction for a day more.

Although technically that is true I wouldn't subject even my enemies to playing this turd.
Too late lol, I thoroughly enjoyed Dragon Age 2 when I played it last year. I put it above Dragon Age 1 for me personally because I went into it expecting more DA 1 and instead they gave me a literal Mass Effect game with swords.

The cinematography, the important character missions and side content, the pacing and the way they kept everything moving forward, it all just blended so well together that I ended up disappointed with the third Dragon Age game and it's MMO-style due to this.

Dragon Age 2 was sadly a stars-aligned moment that will probably never happen again.

Persona 4 golden takes place in small village called inaba. If you didn't played it yet, perhaps this one is the closest.

Yakuza series also about yakuza life in a small area. 1-6 and lost judgements series are action rpg, while 7-8 are turn based.
Valkyria chronicles about defending a small region.

Actually most Sega recent rpgs are about smaller scope, not world-threatening problems.

If you are into a slow life, visual novel adventure games, I recommend crayon shin chan series by millennium kitchen; they used to make boku no natsuyasomi series for Sony before sony closed Japan studios. It's games about spending your summer vacation in Japan villages.
