It's PC only. If you want the PS4 or Switch version, you need to grab the South East Asian version that still comes with English subtitles.

Yeah this is amazing news, I wanted V and X badly, but they are region locked.
Straight to the top of my wishlist; getting this day 1.

otherwise can you still easily buy things from the Hong Kong eShop? I know that's how I got the other SRW games

Considering Bandai Namco's press release only mentions Steam, it's best not to expect a Western version for PS4 & Switch. The English-language, Asian version still exists. If you've been able to purchase those physically or digitally in the past, you shouldn't have any problem getting this new SRW.
