Duck Hunt stage on 3DS is pretty much the same, but has a neat little difference. The Duck Hunt HUD stays as if it's part of your screen rather than being part of the stage.

Not likely -- the Pac-Man stage on the 3DS has a feature not possible on the Wii U. Each player gets to see their own Power Pellet that others don't see on their screens.

Pirate Ship has a ton of wind and rain effects that I would imagine make it difficult for the 3DS to render.

I think you severely overestimate the Old 3DS's CPU.

Then the stage turned into SMW theme and I was wow'd

Then i played another match... this time it was SMW theme playing SMW ground theme..
and the stage changed to SMB3 theme...... AND THE MUSIC CHANGED WITH IT.

I do believe this is the first 3DS stage to have more than just 2 songs and with that has song changing midway too!

Eh, just put one general Power Pellet for everyone to fight over. Or different colored ones! That stage is great and I'd pay a pretty penny to have it on the big screen!

Not true, you can see other people's pellets, they're just marked as theirs.

I don't think that happens does it?

Unless I'm thinking of the wrong thing. If your opponents get 100 of the dots to make a pellet appear for them, you can attack their power pellet to destroy it before they grab it. That wouldn't be doable if it only appeared for one player.

I'd love for them to start cross-porting stages, but I don't think too many of the remaining Wii U ones could really run on the 3DS.

If I had to guess, maybe most the Brawl/Melee/64 stages Wii U has that 3DS doesn't could be sent over. Maybe Pac-Land too. But not much more than that.
