Those are the latest announced shipped (xbox) and sold through (PS4) and I think the PS4 number is particularly old, a few months at least. Hard to say where they really are anymore since Xbox will probably never reveal sold through numbers again.

It is dead, but it is only the NA version that is dead. They are bringing the game back though and it is not going to be host by Nexon NA. The developer themselves is doing the new version and the game support many languages last I heard. And when the game launch, it should have contents/updates close to the S.Korea version (Second Awakenings). Beta should be around March I think. That what they said a couple months ago but I haven't keep up with the news since.
