TGS 2005 Keynote Retrospect

One thing that should be noted is that FPS's really aren't big in Japan...but Revolution could make them more accessable to Eastern gamers which could weigh in on the overall scheme of things.

....but if it's not Metroid, then what is it? Most of the upcoming FPS multiplatform games haven't been announced for the Rev.

The recent quotes are just to throw us! BELIEVE

The Rev remote could help Japan developers in figuring out how to create decent control in a FPS game. This is probably the biggest benefit. If the Rev remote can help one Japan developer make a decent FPS, *just one!*, then it'll be a success.

A while back. The Michel Ancel FPS is a rev exclusive, which is going to be good for Nintendo.

Does anyone have a link for this? I'm sorry, but if sounds to good to be true, it probably is. The only thing I've heard rumored was that Ubisoft Montreal was making a "Doom like" FPS for Rev. The Free Radical game is also rumored for Rev, but has only been announced for PS3 and 360. There are supposed to be two Ubisoft FPS's being made though, but I thought I read that one of them wasn't going to be exclusive. Don't get me wrong, I'd love to see a game by Michel Ancel and Free Radical make it to Rev I just don't want to get my hopes up.
