It's official, straight from Vivendi's website. They also had the Metal Arms soundtrack on their site months ago too, which should still be on the site

theres like one song in riddick. that list is fake. the only song in riddick is that metal gear solid sounding action theme.

It's cool that they've released it for free. Beats the Square "release 20 different overpriced soundtracks for every game" approach...
