That's odd, because I recently made a thread about the lacking first-party lineup for this year, but the fanboys tried to say otherwise, claiming it was solid and that there was no need to reveal stronger titles for the system.Huh? Funny take. wii was dedicated to soccers moms and not even core gamers. sales fell of a cliff and its no one even cared about its successor cause of how much of fad it was. 360 really was the one that hurt the ps3 that generation. sony homes consoles have won every generation in reality, except maybe switch 1 vs ps5, as wiiu was ps4 generation. They should have called the Wii u the Wii who.
I have some very bad news for you.
wii was the end of nintendo home consoles sadly. it doesn't matter if out sold a ps3 cause the reason was not the wii it was the 360. while the wii had great sales its successor proved it was a fad no one even cared that it existed, it did not build a brand, it set up a failure like kinect did for xbox one.
The hybrid concept will continue to be baffling to them until Sony copies Nintendo.
