Large game size not necessary means it's a big game. They can store some cutscenes as high quality video files to hide loading screens and probably will store many duplicate assets to optimize assets loading, at cost of space. However considering that large part of that space are textures and models we may assume that this game have a good level variety.

This is nuts. Game developers are just getting too lazy. They really need to do better. This is getting way out of hand with RDR 2, FFVIIR and now TLOU 2.
