The Legend of #Zelda: Symphony of the Goddesses - Master Quest is coming to Europe in 2015! See all the dates here: zelda-symphony.com/schedule

Here's the program:

REDMOND, Wash. – Dec. 2, 2014 – “The Legend of Zelda: Symphony of the Goddesses” concert series is back with a third installment of multimedia shows to be toured worldwide, entitled “Master Quest.” This latest edition of the “The Legend of Zelda” symphony will add brand new music and visuals from recent and upcoming The Legend of Zelda games, but will maintain the beloved experience fans have come to expect as it embarks on a world tour.

Based on one of the most popular and beloved video game series of all time, the tour features live orchestral performances of theme music from Nintendo’s 28-year-old The Legend of Zelda franchise that will serve to introduce newcomers to the music and themes of the Zelda games and give long-time fans a chance to celebrate their favorite moments in the franchise. The newly announced dates include:

○ Nashville, Schermerhorn Symphony Center; January 21, 22

○ Honolulu, Concert Hall; January 30

○ Tokyo, Tokyo International Forum; February 7

○ Boston, Symphony Hall; February 27

○ Monterrey, Arena Monterrey; March 6

○ Mexico City, Arena de Ciudad; March 8

○ Toronto, Sony Center PAC; March 20

○ Stockholm, Ericsson Globe; April 16

○ London, SSE/ Wembley Arena; April 17

○ Dusseldorf, Mitsubishi Electric Halle, April 19

○ Paris, Palais de Congres ; April 23

○ Milan, Teatro degli Arcimboldi; April 24

○ Atlanta, Cobb Energy Center; April 30

○ Edmonton, Northern Jubilee; May 20

○ Vancouver, Queen Elizabeth Theatre, May 22

○ Calgary, Southern Jubilee; May 23

○ Montreal, Place des Arts; May 30

○ Austin, The Long Center PAC; June 20

○ Houston, Jones Hall; October 22

Audiences can expect to experience awesome new inclusions from The Legend of Zelda: A Link Between Worlds, the most recently released game in the series for Nintendo 3DS, and new music from the recently announced remake of fan-favorite The Legend of Zelda: Majora’s Mask. These never before performed scores accompanied by new gameplay imagery will appear for the first time ever in “Master Quest,” though fans will still be treated to the show’s now-classic repertoire from seasons past.

The name Symphony of the Goddesses refers not only to the concert program but also to the four-movement symphony recounting the classic storylines from The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time, The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker, The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess and The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past. The performance also will highlight orchestral renditions of music from The Legend of Zelda: Link’s Awakening, The Legend of Zelda: Majora’s Mask and The Legend of Zelda: Spirit Tracks. Concerts will be performed by full orchestra and choir in world class venues throughout the world.

“The continued excitement around The Legend of Zelda franchise is amazing, and this special concert will deliver an unforgettable experience for fans,” notes Jason Michael Paul, President of Jason Michael Paul Productions, Inc, which is producing the concert tour. “These performances transcend culture and geography and unite people through a common love for this venerable and legendary series.”

Guests will enjoy their favorite moments from the now 28-year-old series, carefully and beautifully timed with a gorgeous orchestral score approved by Nintendo sound director and Zelda franchise composer Koji Kondo. The concert is a festive experience for all walks of fans, many of which attend “cosplaying” as their favorite characters.

Fans can view a complete tour schedule with ticketing information, and also sign up for a regularly updated digital newsletter, athttp://zelda-symphony.com. Club Nintendo members can enjoy an exclusive 15% discount to the show by logging into their accounts and looking for the discount code on the Symphony of the Goddesses banner. Edit: it's actually a world tour... can a mod please edit the title?

Should be the same thing.

By the way, looks like it's a WW tour, not just Europe.

Need a tracklist. I went to Symphony of the Goddess twice when it was in Philly so I'd like some new material.

So it IS a new one.

EDIT: Montreal, wooooo!

Well, are you talking about the content or the tour itself?

Looks like more a continuation, since the last one was also called Master Quest, iirc.

Went to the one in Toronto last year. Was a good time. They had some surprises like Dragon roost island, spirit tracks and majoras mask movements

Wembley? Oh come on! Use a venue that will charge a good price, like the pub around the corner of my house.

Went to the last one thanks to fellow GAFer radioheadrule83.

They just need to confirm that they'll play all the "B-side" tunes of the Zelda series i.e. not the field theme over and over again and I may consider going again.

For example an operatic rendition of this.

I must be the only person to read the first 8 words of the thread title and immediately jump to the conclusion that this was the new Wii U game announced in detail.

Which would totally happen via a random press release. lol

You're not alone. For a moment there I thought it was big news.

Symphony of the Goddesses would actually be a sick title for Zelda Wii U.

True, Zelda games have always had some sort of musical influence/theme. Makes me wonder what the instrument will be in Zelda U, provided there's one.

Based on the program on the website, this is a new program. It will probably have some crossover with Second Quest, as Second Quest had some crossover with the original.

Second Quest also had about 5 encores that were awesome.

Saw the London Symphony Orchestra version back at the end of 2012. It was absolutely amazing. Thoroughly recommend people check it out if they have the time and money to spare. Hope to see more game scores taken as seriously

OMG!!! Thank you for making the thread!
Now, how do I go about getting tickets for Milan the quickest way? I'm sure it'll sold out In a span of minutes since there's also no dates for Spain and the venue they've chosen is not that big,
Just official site a few minutes before midnight then F5 F5 F5 F5 and click click click on the Buy Tickets button?

Hope there's a PayPal option.
Do they take the money as soon as you book the ticket I guess?

How much are tickets to these concerts usually? It's coming to Atlanta which isn't far from me, and I'd like to go to one of these.
