The Legend of Zelda: Symphony of the Goddesses - Master Quest coming to Europe

It's headed back to the same state (and venue) that's six hours away from me, for the third time I think. Maybe second? I went in 2012 and saw it there, anyway. But still not getting any closer to me.

I like that this is still going on though. I hope it stays profitable and they keep touring for as long as they can.

Maturity, bitches.
The tracklist sound like the typical stuff and quite similar to the last show.

There's not even any love for Link's Awakening.

YESSS LONDON. See you there UK guys! I saw the Barbican - Symphonic Legends London earlier this year but not the one hosted by Nintendo in 2013. Great to see it coming again, and hope for even more Majoras fanfare, and perhaps ALBW too!

Looks like there's a special offer for Club Nintendo members (in NA, I believe).

PR:

REDMOND, Wash. – Dec. 2, 2014 – “The Legend of Zelda: Symphony of the Goddesses” concert series is back with a third installment of multimedia shows to be toured worldwide, entitled “Master Quest.” This latest edition of the “The Legend of Zelda” symphony will add brand new music and visuals from recent and upcoming The Legend of Zelda games, but will maintain the beloved experience fans have come to expect as it embarks on a world tour.

Based on one of the most popular and beloved video game series of all time, the tour features live orchestral performances of theme music from Nintendo’s 28-year-old The Legend of Zelda franchise that will serve to introduce newcomers to the music and themes of the Zelda games and give long-time fans a chance to celebrate their favorite moments in the franchise. The newly announced dates include:

○ Nashville, Schermerhorn Symphony Center; January 21, 22

○ Honolulu, Concert Hall; January 30

○ Tokyo, Tokyo International Forum; February 7

○ Boston, Symphony Hall; February 27

○ Monterrey, Arena Monterrey; March 6

○ Mexico City, Arena de Ciudad; March 8

○ Toronto, Sony Center PAC; March 20

○ Stockholm, Ericsson Globe; April 16

○ London, SSE/ Wembley Arena; April 17

○ Dusseldorf, Mitsubishi Electric Halle, April 19

○ Paris, Palais de Congres ; April 23

○ Milan, Teatro degli Arcimboldi; April 24

○ Atlanta, Cobb Energy Center; April 30

○ Edmonton, Northern Jubilee; May 20

○ Vancouver, Queen Elizabeth Theatre, May 22

○ Calgary, Southern Jubilee; May 23

○ Montreal, Place des Arts; May 30

○ Austin, The Long Center PAC; June 20

○ Houston, Jones Hall; October 22

Audiences can expect to experience awesome new inclusions from The Legend of Zelda: A Link Between Worlds, the most recently released game in the series for Nintendo 3DS, and new music from the recently announced remake of fan-favorite The Legend of Zelda: Majora’s Mask. These never before performed scores accompanied by new gameplay imagery will appear for the first time ever in “Master Quest,” though fans will still be treated to the show’s now-classic repertoire from seasons past.

The name Symphony of the Goddesses refers not only to the concert program but also to the four-movement symphony recounting the classic storylines from The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time, The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker, The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess and The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past. The performance also will highlight orchestral renditions of music from The Legend of Zelda: Link’s Awakening, The Legend of Zelda: Majora’s Mask and The Legend of Zelda: Spirit Tracks. Concerts will be performed by full orchestra and choir in world class venues throughout the world.

“The continued excitement around The Legend of Zelda franchise is amazing, and this special concert will deliver an unforgettable experience for fans,” notes Jason Michael Paul, President of Jason Michael Paul Productions, Inc, which is producing the concert tour. “These performances transcend culture and geography and unite people through a common love for this venerable and legendary series.”

Guests will enjoy their favorite moments from the now 28-year-old series, carefully and beautifully timed with a gorgeous orchestral score approved by Nintendo sound director and Zelda franchise composer Koji Kondo. The concert is a festive experience for all walks of fans, many of which attend “cosplaying” as their favorite characters.

Really hoping I can grab a ticket. Still confused on how to get the discount code, though. It doesn't seem to be showing up anywhere.

I hope this isnt akin to port begging, but here is to hoping for more dates.

There is a decent gap in the listed dates that could be filled with more cities. As I'm in Indy, I could hope for a show here, but Chicago is more likely.

My girlfriend has got me tickets for me and her for christmas. I think we'll make a long weekend of it as we won't have been to lodon for 2 years at that point. I'm really looking forward to it actually.

Just bought my tickets this morning for the Montreal show next year.

For those who've been, should I risk bringing a six year old girl to the show, and potentially waste the ticket cause she's bored or falls asleep? I could drag my wife along instead, and she'd go, but she's not really into Zelda. My daughter loved watching me play Skyward Sword, Twilight Princess and Wind Waker and always picks Zelda in Smash. She plays piano too, she's exposed to classical music.

Is the show engaging enough for a kindergarten kid?

Can anyone share the discount code? Can't seem to find it on Club Nintendo or anywhere else

Dammit, wish I had known a discount code existed for this round.

Is anyone looking for tickets to the Boston show? I bought four (two for me and my wife and two for some friends), but our friends backed out on us. Unfortunately, the Boston Symphony Orchestra box office doesn't do refunds or exchanges so I'm stuck with the tickets and am out the money; awesome timing with Christmas next week!

The tickets are in the group of seats circled in the image below. The two I have available are $127 (each) face value, but I'd consider any reasonable offers. PM me if you're interested!

Does anyone know the discount code for Club Nintendo members? Apparently there should be a banner when logging onto the Club Nintendo website, but I don't see it anywhere.

Can't recommend this show enough. It was an absolute treat in every way. Incredibly classy with a lot of heart.

I've heard there's a "VIP package", but I can't find any confirmation of it being a thing for London. Surely £112.75 should be plenty "VIP", right? :/

Long shot but you never know : I have a ticket for the London concert on April 17th, but I won't be able to go in the end. If anyone is interested in getting it, send me a PM.
