I'm just watching it to see if Nintendo appears on stage to talk about Miitomo or something wich i know it will not happen.

This is awful. Feels like the 2014 EA E3 press conference.

Apple - "We're committed to renewable energy."

We know.

Apple - "Check out our windmills. And our yaks."

Cool.

Apple - "Our paper. It's the best paper. You're going to love it."

OK.

Apple - "We recycle. We're researching how to help you recycle better, too."

Thanks...

Well as long as it doesn't get as preachy as the Oscars.

With every of these innovation, millions of traditional blue collar jobs are killed. Somehow I really don't like this.

Liam is recycling/repurposing done right as it does it all-in one without all hat extra overhead and waste traditionally used. Color me impressed.

I fully expect them to show what Apple engineers do in their spare time next ...

Ain't nobody recycling their iphone - the resale value is too good. It's why so many people stick with Apple

With Apple Renew, you can help our margins even more by sending us your old phones and reducing our cost of raw materials. Sorry, did I say margins? I meant environment.

I think we'd already done that in advance of this event

From an environmental standpoint reuse through resale is a positive result, too. They just don't want phones to end up in a landfill.

Not sure why people are complaining. This is pretty much exactly how all the Apple press conferences start. Show us other things they're doing, throw out boring stats, and get the business out of the way early before getting on to the real reason they're there.
