He looks so pained, so coerced into taking part in this photo shoot. I feel awful for him, yet I can't look away.

My friend described him as "furtive." I think that is the best word to describe him.

Come to find out there are huge swaths of photos of this guy. All of them are entertaining.

There's a parallel process going on once you kick off, don't underestimate that. Also, make the right decision. What that is, is unclear from the chart, but it's certain that once the project starts, we'll need to make a decision and it will determine the entire project.
