This is how a UK retailer is using their Wii and Wii U stock to prepare for xmas.

Body is amazing, but the head is a monstrosity.

I know it's supposed to be a Polar Bear, but someone needs to wrap some cables around it's legs with a Snow Speeder and put it out of it's misery.

Holy crap! Today's real megaton is that more than two people can have the same first name.
Awesome.
Big London stores are known for their amazing displays around this time of year.

Oddly enough I came across something very similar earlier today, except made out of various 90's electronics and it was an Elephant (also being a fair bit bigger).
It had a trunk made of remotes, no Wii remotes mind you.

As for this one i'm liking the almost armour like plating of wii fit boards, head looks a bit messy though.

Uh are people saying this is cool joking? I can't tell...

This looks hilarious. It's like they've made a sculpture of garbage. Almost like they're making a statement of "See all this leftover Nintendo stuff? Well we found a use for it!"

You do realize that display space for a retail store in london at chrismastime is probably very expensive and not the place for a "statement" to a videogame company?

That is awesome!

Also lol at the cheap shots at Nintendo... just appreciate the art you silly fanboys -.-

Looks really cool to be honest, I'm assuming it's a polar bear but for whatever reason the first thing that sprang to mind was an AT-AT, even though it looks nothing like one.
I don't know what at-at is; but it reminded me of those things from starwars and I think we are talking about the same thing lol

Okay, so I walked by Peter Jones today and... the display is better than I was expecting.

OP didn't mention, but there are 2 different Wii Polar Bears in display. And they look much much better than the pictures. The shinny, glossy white is quite nice to look at under the several lights illuminating the display. It is a very good display for Nintendo. I walked by it at around 3pm and then a little bit after 7pm, and in both occasions there were several people taking pictures and admiring the display.

I took some pictures as well:

And here is the back of the bear:

And for the lovely members that believe that this is a statement Peter Jones is making, these are other two things Peter Jones hates:

Cutlery:

And Dyson's Vacuum Cleaners. They absolutely hate Dyson, as there are a few reindeers in display, but they look awesome:

(sorry for the massive wall of pictures, but they are indeed very well done)

Wow, that's amazing. Bravo! Would love to see this in person, but I'm in NYC. The Nintendo Store should totally do their own rendition of this.

I was down at Sloane Square a couple of weeks back.

I always remember it as "Sylvester Stallone" Square..

Awesome display too!

Edit: Peter Jones is also in Doncaster.
