Do you want to be an alpha male ? There is lots of guys who (think) they are, and they are miserable inside, so think carefully about this.

Now, there is nothing wrong to raise your masculinity of course, that's the only way to feel authentic, and you'll never succeed in life if you don't take care of that anyway (succeeding in general, I'm not only talking about work or women).

It is simple to be an "alpha" male, but it requires a lot of courage and to be brutally honest with yourself,

You simply need these "skills":

Confidence (where you are in life, about your insecurities/scars, your future perspective, your self worth)

This has a lot to do with your self-esteem, once you take care of your self-esteem, confidence skyrocket almost instantly, because now you know you can do whatever the fuck you want if you take proper actions.
Concerning women, the only way to be confident around them, is first to take care of your self-esteem/confidence level, then to start meeting more and more women, you'll realize that you're way more attractive than you think you are (if that's a problem for you, but I'm talking to everyone here).

Humor/Playfulness (being able to make people laugh, to be able to laugh at yourself, being in a good and goofy mood)

but you need to be confident to have the balls to say your jokes (cause when you start, it won't work most of the time). It is useful for everything in life, and a very masculine guy is almost always very funny, it's the mark of leaders.

Detachment (Women aren't your priority, you have a goal in life, you don't need anyone or anything to make you feel complete)

This one is tricky, because almost no guy have this. A lot of them fake it, but to be able to really be detached, you either need to be a sociopath, or to be on the spiritual path (consciously or not). Assholes aren't really detached, they just fear to be vulnerable, and thus stop the interaction with women when they sense emotions could be involved.

Edginess - adventurous, challenging

Do you often take new habits ? Do you go out on special occasions to challenge yourself ? Do you do stupid stuff that makes no sense, just because it could be fun ? Well, if you don't, that's something to embody, not only it is fun, but without this attitude there is no way you can feel masculine, men can't just live without new goals, we're built to create and step outside our comfort zone.

Intimate and dirty sex

Pretty obvious, if as a man, you can't fuck like a beast, how could you even consider yourself as a male ?

You don't necessarily need to fuck hundreds of women, not even 10, just learn to fuck properly and to be dominant (just be careful to not transform yourself into an asshole, outside of sex).

Practice tantric masturbation (you'll have such an advantage over so many guys, and it boost your confidence and energy level), learn why preliminaries are so important to them and then do it correctly (every time, even if she told you she just wants your dick), learn why they like to be dominated and how to do it properly, learn to control yourself (see tantric masturbation), learn how to make them squirt.

I would start to build your confidence level with a spiritual practice, then all the other skills will be way easier to get.

Don't be vaudwaur. These details for refinements are reflections of the work you need to do.

The Alpha Quadrant Doctor sings La Donna E Mobile of which the lyrics and opera(Rigoletto) contend with the curse of honour. Read the wiki, there might be something to for you to reflect on.

Western laws doesn’t favor men much, a women could make 10 time more than the man an once she says it’s over it’s over. If yall have a child you will still be paying a lot. Once more LGBTQ and women get into more power positions. Men are gonna be fucked at least in the west, you won’t hear of marriage unless maybe they are a powerful couple. There’s really no upside to marriage right now.

A long haul flight from wherever you are.
Yep. Me and my old lady probably have the sex twice a year. Sometimes we may go a year or longer before our next session.

I've had two women do that to me, after the first one did it I said to myself next time I'll take care of it myself. Intimacy is a basic part of human life, if she's withholding that then just go get a hot sweet escort. That sexless life just builds resentment.

Lol, this was a really round about way of saying "think of the incels."

There are many examples of homosexuality in a variety of species, from flies to monkeys, so you are hating a group for characteristics they are born with, no different than hating for skin color.

You need to come to grips with your own bias, those dark thoughts you have at night of your neighbor John putting his big strong hands on you, reaching places on your body and in your soul that you never thought could be reached.

Ted Haggard, the disgraced leader of the National Association of Evangelicals did it, you can too.

Good luck.

Yeah, that's what I'm saying. But listen to this,

IMO, the U.S. is filled with a bunch of beta males. These betas try to "loudmouth" themselves into convincing others (and selves) that they're alpha males. Usually this is done by:

1. Drinking that "man's man" beer after work.

2. Announcing they just walked in the room with yelling.

3. Behaving like annoying salesmen, by trying to brighten your day and take control of the conversation with loud, "HEYYYYY!!! HOW ARE YA DOIN BUDDY?".

3. Screaming at the TV while watching sports.

4. Being fans of the UFC...which makes them believe they're "men's men" by association.

5. Criticizing and being condescending to anyone who makes the smallest mistake in life, to make themselves feel like the standard.

In reality, nowadays the men are either incellations, metro-sexual, lack backbone, or all the above. No thanks, my friend.

Where are the Sigmas? They're not to be bothered whilst society dithers away ; awash in indulgence, idolatry, and a demonization of the all-too-important masculine frame.

Not only am I a heterosexual male, but I rarely associate with guys any more even as friends (not counting old friends). Most of them behave as older, fraternity alumni wanting to include you (me) in a male bonding session. The older men are cheery salesmen type of personalities only too happy to just say hi. No thanks again. No wonder with all the ____ males who are out there. As for me and what I'm describing, I'm not a hypocrite. I just assume us males peel off the superficial crap and be natural.

Men must become - Women just are.

Men must become - Women just are.
A distinction between men/women taken as either a sex and/or gender description can be used conscientiously to sustain a pleasant human experience for any particular person in their becoming. Philosophically looking at the flesh as an organic aggregate whose system allows the emergent mind to exist.

The particulars of personal experience for masculine becoming are for the individual in the role of man to establish for themselves in co-operation with their environment. A journey that has been summarized long ago in a gendered qabalistic model where the woman(princess) needs a man(prince) who has achieved higher order thinking to install her as a heavenly queen, then she can make make a prince a king. Very contractual and biblical and dated. Maybe a little Greek. Yes, there's a rabbit hole there. The point is there's something to be gleaned from sex and gender in the art of becoming self-aware through the aforementioned model if re-dux through something like Jung 3.1 in terms of a structure for a sexual tantra. A subject you brought up earlier and I mention briefly now to give you some idea where to begin talking to me on the subject.

Who the fuck is John?
I didn't care to ask at the time figuring it was part of a gibe and implied they're blowing in their own sails.

Reading it again patterns in the exchange show some anchors.

This is a narrative derived from terms applied to animals, that you find among people who believe heavily in virility, and as a result categorize people based on what they defined as manly traits. In this system, the more manly traits you display in your behavior and appearance, the closer to "alpha" (as in leader) you are supposed to be, and the less manly traits you display, the closer to "beta" (as in follower) you are supposed to be.

^This paradigm only applies to men, not women. Hence, men must become. Your interpretation only bleeds political correctness, which is a very blue world view.

Note that there are sometimes other categories that are used for different kinds of people, such as those who are deemed manly enough to not be beta, but not manly enough to be alpha. Of course this all comes down to what defines a man and how a man should act, which is quite debatable. It also usually overlooks completely other characteristics besides virility. I find this view simplistic and even ridiculous. It's just something that some people tell themselves to simplify the world and how they should act, as well as an excuse to alienate people who don't conform to some arbitrary standards of expected behavior.

Raistandantulus Raistandantulus , we still haven't determined yet if you're alpha or beta ?

Leave your higher deities to conform to our meager lower frequencies and let us be one..

As we once were, in an age long ago - our memories lost as our introns degraded, but we never forgot the simple fact:

We were men, we were..

So the alpha seed is occuring to some degree, some countries have even made it illegal for fathers to do paternity dna tests on their children without the mother's consent.(and these radical type of gynocentric laws emerge in some countries and tend to spread over time.)

OK you don't seem like a bit... who hurt you?

Child support laws, are about children. The rulings aren't always fair; but... I mean.. we are birthed from women.. women are the one's who are more often than not removed from the workforce to raise children, etc.. childbirth is.. rather gynocentric.

man, this is absolutely huge when looking for a potential mate (or friend). many people scoff at the 'if you can make her laugh...' anecdote but it's absolutely true. most everybody has to trudge through the same stressful situations in life (job, friends/family, loneliness, etc) and just to have the simple opportunity to forget it and laugh, even for a moment, is priceless. you end up making an extremely positive impression on them, and people value that given all of the other stresses they have to deal with.

Do people really scoff at this? (honest question)

It's one of the most obvious attractors.
i know some people in my gen (X) that diminish it's importance, can't really speak for the other gens but if they're like mine it's probably similar. being genuinely funny is actually hard work, not as simple as more straightforward verbal interactions like discussing hobbies/current events/yourself/etc. it adds a layer of difficulty to the already intimidating task of the art of conversation. you gotta plan ahead and be ready to improvise, yet when it works your audience (heh target) sees a whole new depth in you (charisma points). just my 2 cents.

When it comes to being Beta or Alpha you can think of there being a spectrum where people can be placed.

You can be so many percent Alpha, so many percent Beta the total being 100%.

So then you can decide for yourself where you stand on that spectrum and try to slide the spectrum more towards Alpha.

Also, in reality most people do have Alpha traits as well as Beta traits. And then the sum of all these traits make you more or less overall Alpha or Beta. But that also means that being Alpha or Beta can be dependent on setting and situation.

I think some people are born more Alpha then others. But it can also be developed to a degree. I think also the example your father gives you, and the dynamic of the mother in the household can have an influence. So I believe there are multiple things that effect the outcome of how Alpha or Beta someone is.

Some more things you can do to develop your Alpha-ness:

Go to the gym: This does not necessarily make you more Alpha. But a lot of Alpha guys like going to the gym. But there are very Alpha guys who don't care for the gym at all. If you are an out of shape Beta guy the gym will definitely make you more Alpha though.

Public speaking: Learning how to speak in front of people can build a lot of confidence. So learning how to teach or give presentations can level up your confidence a lot. Confidence is of course a major trait of an Alpha male.

Dating/having sex: You don't need to have sex with a lot of girls per se. But it's hard to imagine an Alpha guy who is a virgin. Having sex with a lot of girls will in the process have you develop some Alpha traits.

Don't be a follower: Wear the clothes you want to wear. Have the haircut you want. The phone you want. The gadgets you want. The car you want. Have your own vision for these things. Date the type of girls you want to date. You need to have your own vision for these things. An Alpha guy creates his own reality according to the vision he has for his life.

So to highlight: Have confidence, have a vision, and do your own thing.

The biggest Beta trait you want to stay away from is non-action.

Selecting alpha/beta skills is pointless, and shows just how arbitrary everything is. There’s many types of personalities, characteristics and skills, each having pros and cons. There are times when people are ultra confident one minute and self-conscious the next, trying to represent those moments as alpha/beta moments defining a whole is pointless. Alpha qualities are just qualities that people cherry pick, there’s no truth to it other than “be dominate or be influential”, and then proceed to overweight the traits. Bezos is alpha by money hierarchy and corporate leadership skills, but yet people would only fuck him to get some money because he’s a little gnome prick. That’s not Alpha.

Celebrities are top tier entertainers and influencers, but would you call Will Smith alpha? No. He’s a person with good and bad sides, same with any given human.

This is a little bit of a time commitment (3 hour vid), but here's an interesting breakdown:

Good points, however, I think we can differentiate purely sexual alphas from alphas in the business world.

Russell Wilson (quarterback for the Seattle Seahawks), for example, is a first class alpha male in sports, but also a Grade A simp when it comes to women:

- His ex-wife cheated on him twice with different teammates
- He married a single mother past "the wall"
- He's currently taking care of another man's child
- He loves to give women oral sex

Sir, this is an Arby's.

No wait, it's a forum.. care to summarize?
Well his podcasts are always sorta the same, there's a topic, in this case blue haired feminism.

But it's about how society functions in relation to feminism, socialism, mens rights, abortion, double standards.
Walking through the logic, hypocrisy and implications of it all.

In 3 hours you will get a lot of fluff, and a bunch of redpill truths.

It seems to me that we inherited monogamy from the early primates, which were very similar to present day Lemurs. Subsequent evolution of the brain shaped in a considerable part by socialization made monogamy appear to Us as something necessary to the group or tribe.

Honestly, i think it's natural selection at work too.
Humans are incredibly dependent on society and family, our economic systems only make it more important. So if monogamy it's a good way to avoid conflict in a family it only makes sense that it thrived.
A strong family heavily increases the chances of survival of the offspring and in the case of humans it also strongly affects the personality of the offspring.

Most social animals with weak offspring end up with monogamy as the solution no? I read somewhere that most birds have social monogamy for example.

Monogamy as a solution? Nah brah. Most aquatic mammals only live to eat and procreate at a bountiful, basic level. What happens in the ocean, does not stay in the ocean. It crawls on shore and becomes something else.

You're right, underwater mammalian grouping can't be provided to the equation without context. But many mother birds throw their younglings from the nest, and those things learn to fly somehow.

Also let me mention true alphas are a dying breed.

My great-grandfather was a tobacco farmer who sipped phenobarbital out the bottle, and carried a pistol for protection. Allegedly, he was a domineering, abusive a-hole in his family life. His big concerns would've been contracting malaria in the swamp, getting bitten by a Copperhead, getting shot, or not being able to feed his family when cotton and tobacco prices collapsed in the Depression.

The things I take for granted -- A/C in the summer, good healthcare, an education, decent law enforcement -- he didn't have. And this was relatively recent, just the early 20th century, and life just gets harder as you go further back in the past.

I look at me and my dolphin.. we work in air conditioned rooms, doing things that would probably blow his mind. Our big concerns are... I don't even know if I have any big concerns. Keeping myself useful in a global economy? Staying out of debt? Meeting the right girl? Problems that are more complicated, but less serious and with less severe consequences. So yeah, the kind of environment that used to forge the survival mentality, really isn't there anymore, so alpha behavior isn't nearly as necessary.

And not just for him, but also his wife.. She needed someone to help her survive. At least in the Western world, a typical woman today does not need a man in that way, perhaps more so now than ever before in human history.

These morons are basically just writing conspiracy theories about the female gender to feel better about the fact they are too dumb to get laid, or to desperate to not care.

If you want sex that badly, just hire a prositiute or just drop your standards. These plenty of lonely as fuck chicks who are below average.

One way to understand this more is comparing Gorillas with Chimpanzees. Gorillas are an alpha male society and much more peaceful. Chimpanzees are often run by beta males and much more violent. Bonobos might be beta but they are Matriarchal and much more peaceful than Chimpanzees. I am personally wondering if Chimpanzee societies are all monotonous beta male societies but I have not read much scientific research or data on the subject although I am not sure how much research has even been done on Chimpanzee sociological diversity.

Human society is often beta male Patriarchal. Conflict is well known but control is just as important in the many patriarchal human societies. Patriarchy actually rose in the Neolithic with the rise of agriculture and the subsequent rise of civilizations although most were not as patriarchal as the Romans or Abrahamic and some of their Western Semitic relatives like the Amorites which contrasts with other Semitic societies like the Egyptians and Phoenicians.

Hunter-Gatherer societies tend to have balanced sociology of the sexes especially compared to patriarchal agricultural societies. One thing to note is that reliance on the agricultural diet means there is lots of grain to go around to support a very large population but that the diet is nutritionally deficient especially in calcium and protein. This is why males descended from Neolithic agriculturalists tend to be very thin and low on muscle and bone mass.

Did you know that Hyena females have more testosterone than Hyena males do?
