No. That's the Famitsu 360 score. This is the main Famitsu score.

Not really. It's been getting niche Japanese gamers for over a year. After all, the 500k or whatever it is 360 owners are definitely the hardcore crowd that those developers are targetting. The Wii fanbase... not so much. And the PS3's probably too expensive to develop for considering it's only 4x as large as the 360 fanbase while keeping probably the same amount of hardcore gamers as the 360 fanbase.

There already are additional scenarios as DLC for PS3, dunno if the Wii will be getting new ones though, it could just be the ones on PSN included in the Wii game.
