I hope it's not old. German press release:

The game looks pretty much exactly like the first Shaun White game. It will be shown at E3. Release date is around christmas this year.

EDIT: Screens removed. What the fuck is up with Imagevenue? There are adds for porn sites even for "family save" images...

If you're having trouble with the pics upload them on tinypic.
Doesn't work for me. No idea why. tinypic.us doesn't respond for a few weeks now and uploads on tinypic.com take ages and eventually time out after a few minutes...

If it weren't for the fact that Road Trip was a pretty good game (especially compared to the HD counterparts), you would have a point...

I guess games are mediocre since Gaming Discussion's front page is flooded with exclusive Wii title announcements.

I played it, it was mediocre. Further, it being "better" than the HD versions (I thought they were all pretty much equally meh) is a pointless comparison unless you're desperate to validate your console god.

SSX3, SSX Tricky, and Amped 2 are still waiting to be topped. Just because you're willing to lower your standards doesn't mean that mediocre efforts deserve applause.

I don't know what front page you're looking at but I see two: This and The Grinder (where fanboys are lining up to declare HVS "developer of the year"). The gladiator game and the Trauma Center game have moved on to page 2.
I played it, it wasn't mediocre.

OH SHII-- WHAT DO WE DO NOW?!
Hope that you play SSX Tricky, 3, or Amped 2 and raise your standards? The first two can actually be played on the Wii so you won't feel unclean!

I think SSX3 was pretty meh. 1080 is still the best ;D
(Opinions suck, I know)

I forgot about 1080 (I hope you are referring to the N64 version and not the forgettable Avalanche). That was also better than Shaun White.

Didn't like SSX3, didn't like Amped 2, don't have a god to validate. Now what?

My apologies. Gaming Discussions first two pages are flooded with Exclusive Wii announcements. My bad.

4 topics out of... 80(?) is flooding?

Although it's up to 5 now because someone bumped the Metroid Trilogy topic.

Nope, actually Avalanche. I recently bought 1080 on VC and it just cannot hold up to current standards. N64 games in general haven't aged very well, unless you have nostalgic feelings.

Tricky was pretty good. But that doesn't make Shaun White bad. It was still a good game, even if it wasn't your cup of tea. I had a lot of fun with it, and that's all that matters to me.

You liked Avalanche more than Tricky?

Really?

I have fun playing Dynasty Warriors games but I wouldn't call them good games. Personal enjoyment and critical/aggregate reception are two different things. I like Night at the Roxbury but it's in no way a good movie.

I thought the first one on Wii was a good time (felt a lot better than Skate It), and might as well have a few more games to use the balance board with.

Oh wait, I forgot I'm on Neogaf...

*:lol at the Wii graphics, when will Ubi just go die?!!?!?*

Me and my sister loved Avalanche. We were probably the only ones though. I cannot really understand anyone's criticism with this game...
In addition, I never played Tricky due to my concerns with SSX3. So comparing SSX3 to 1080° Avalanche, I never liked SSX3 due to its different gameplay/general focus.

I really enjoyed the first one. I thought it could have used more content though so hopefully they bump it up this time.

That throwing stick stunt of yours has boomeranged on us.

Avalanche for me too, never understood what people prefer about the original.

Go play Tricky.

Avalanche was fine but was way too short. 1080 (N64) was still the better overall game, in my opinion.

So they are ditching PS360?

Considering the Wii version outsold both of them combined why not? But you know that probably disqualifies the games success

EA should make a SSX game that uses the balance board or redo SSX Blur with M+ since the only thing wrong with it was the motions were hard to pull off with accuracy. Tricky was the best SSX imho, never cared much for SSX3.

I know you're trying to carve out a reputation as Amir0x-lite, but it would help to not be such a dick all the time. Hate Nintendo all you want, but save the personal attacks for when they're at least semi-warranted.
