Hoard looks interesting from that title shot alone, hope it has a demo.

I'm not seeing the Toy Soldiers. Last I played you couldn't buy turrets, base upgrades or soldiers, only dragon upgrades.

Ys: Oath in Felghana is going to be the best game on PSP once it's released. News of its first official release in the US is MUCH bigger than Goldeneye.
