Once upon a time, threads and conspiracies like this got me excited. Now it's just a sort of muted sadness. What is the motivation for Valve to burn themselves out trying to one up HL2 when they've got SteamOS, Steam machines, the revenue hose that is Steam itself, Dota2 etc... to worry about?
