Just an FYI though, I’m more than open to a discussion if I’m being targeted as a “console warrior”.

I was banned from replying on that Xbox SSD thread yesterday because I dared to say that instead of jumping to conclusions about the hardware l, I’ll wait for more info. Then I had Sircaw replying to me with blatant bait accusing me of dismissing any faults of Xbox, which simply isn’t true. Even today you can go check the thread about “which console will win” and I’m not praising Xbox at all, I’m telling them to pull their fingers out of their ass and start making good games to sell their console. Yes, I got into a bit of back and fourth with Sircaw but I never said anything extreme or ban worthy.

Lo and behold, that thread was a dud and was proven so by the SSD manufacturers and the person who posted the info to begin with. I waited for more info because I knew it was BS, and it turns out it was.

but, I’m banned from replying while a certain few actual fanboys are still fighting it out as we type this... kind of shitty if you ask me.

I’m not asking for sympathy but it’s difficult to be an Xbox fan on here without being baited into an argument. Xbox players are outnumbered at least 2:1 or more and you just have to sit there as people post blatant bait and lies. I’m not here to defend a plastic box, but it gets to a point where any Xbox related thread is trolled and derailed within the first few comments, and it all goes to shit from there.

I’m happy to discuss whatever you like instead of just name dropping out of the blue looking to have someone banned.

Yeah, the early digs in a thread about platform A from a platform B fan are so obvious and needlessly derail. Frustrating. Like, I’m not getting a PS5 and I usually stay out of PS5 threads, but if it’s something that interests me I’ll pop in and give praise where it’s due. I don’t get the whole negativity thing - if I have nothing positive to say then I usually don’t say anything because 9 times out of 10, the negative thing has already been said.

However - I will lap up the meme thread, because that’s what it’s for.

I got banned for 3 months on the other site for wanting my character in Cyberpunk 2077 to have multiple BBCs when CD Project Red themselves stated that I can have multiple genitalias. The reason giving was "racist comment" so having a BBC is racist... 🙃

Look, I don't dislike you personally at all. I'm just not seeing the post and I was asking about why. I also still don't have auto-refresh, and that's the main reason I paid for Gold twice, along with supporting the free speech hosting on this site. I took the least confrontational tone possible, and you still responded defensively.

Ban me if you want, but I'm just being honest here. I just literally didn't see the post and asked a question, with several disclaimers saying it was possibly my fault.
