I could see them branding Injustice 2 as a Batman vs. Superman game.

That said I feel the implication is supposed to be more like "Lego DC vs. Marvel", but given Disney also makes kids games, that seems improbable.

And yeah similarly Marvel vs. DC from Netherrealm would seem to step on the toes of the Marvel mobile fighting game that makes eight gazillion dollars.
