What do you think of the Demo version?

...I went on a Phil Collins kick last page...

I think I like this ---- version best... I believe its the remixed demo. I like it better than the original just because the synth is the lead the entire song, and Phils lyrics seem very... real, and dark.

..Also we now have all three versions in one post ;P

Didn’t realise The Lost Tapes 2 had been released. Nas is one of my all time favourite rappers.

My favourite song from the album, not surprised it’s a Pete Rock production. Nas needs the old NY chopped, sampled boom music imo. I’ve always thought he was a tricky rapper to produce for. There’s production on the album from the best production in hip hop, Pharrell, Kanye, RZA, Boi-1da, Swizz.. And they are all misses imho. The better songs come from Pete Rock, Statik Selektah, Alchemist etc.
